"I started my practice in 2002 while I was still doing my studies in The Institute of Physical Therapy, doing a few hours a week as a remedial therapist as well as doing my full time job in the fitness industry. By the time I graduated in 2004 I had my own office in Swords practicing full time Physical Therapy. Since then it has grown to a clinic consisting of three treatment rooms, including my own and a waiting area. My career as a Physical therapy has given me many rewards including funding for the purchase of my first home. Now I have a successful business, beautiful home and a rewarding career. I owe this success to the decision I made in 2000 to register as a student with The Institute of Physical therapy.
What lead me to this decision was my interest in science and the workings of the human body. I was already involved in some way as a fitness instructor but even with that I felt I could do more and felt dissatisfied with my career. My colleagues I was working with as a fitness instructor were students of The Institute of Physical therapy and they had nothing but good things to say about the course. Their admiration of the institute inspired me to take that step for myself.
Never in a million years did I think at the time, that decision would lead me onto to such great rewards. For the first time I had a rewarding career, a business, healthy income, a great lifestyle and a home of my own and none of this would have happened if I didn’t take that step.
Even with all this, this course has created many opportunities for me and it continues to do so, on an ongoing basis. The great thing about this career is that you never stop learning, which makes it exceptional and exciting.
If you have, a hunger to learn, to develop yourself and to face challenges head on, this is the right course for you and I am sure it will bring as many rewards as it has done for me.
